Andrea Blair is an associate attorney at Pleiss Sitar McGrath Gates & Ajello. Prior to coming to PSMG&A, Andrea advocated for students in special education litigation matters, empowering Parents of children with disabilities and ensuring students received a free appropriate public education.
Andrea received her bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Women’s Gender and Sexuality Studies in 2019. She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles, California in 2022. She is admitted to practice as an attorney in California and the United States District Court, Central District of California.
During her time at Southwestern, Andrea advocated for students in special education by participating in the Lanterman Regional Center Special Education Law Clinic in Los Angeles where she orally advocated for her clients in IEP meetings, Alternative Dispute Resolutions, and assisted families by preparing Compliance Complaints and Discrimination Complaints to the Department of Education. Andrea received the highest grade in her class in multiple courses, earning CALI Awards in Disability Law, Animal Law, and Defamation Law.
In Andrea’s free time, she enjoys reading, snowboarding, camping, rock climbing, and spending time with her loved ones.
